Fall Conference Menu & Location
The conference will be held Saturday, Oct. 23 from 9:30-4pm in the new Anne Hart Raymond building in the auditorium off of the main floor. After crossing the college entry bridge, turn to the right up the hill and veer to the right in front of the building on the left. Arrive early as the first speaker will begin promptly at 9:35. Live musical interludes are being organized by the University of Kentucky’s Trish Clark to make it a special occasion. Lisa Carson N.D. & Dale Bredesen M.D. will be speaking in the morning, Jim Roach, M.D. midday, Robert Zieve M.D., Caldwell Esselstyn M.D. & Ann Esselstyn will be speaking in the afternoon.
The menu will include:
Homemade Vegetable Barley Soup or Curried Butternut Bisque.
Lemon Rosemary Roasted Chicken.
Pan Roasted Salmon with a Dried Fruit and Apple Salsa.
Herb Roasted Baby Red Skin Potatoes.
Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower.
Garlic Roasted Asparagus.
Edemama and ToFu Succotash.
Maple Sage Spaghetti Squash.
Yogurt Fresh Fruit and Granola Parfaits.
Green Tea both hot and cold. Full use of all drink stations
